We take you through 50 day challenge cycles because 50 days has been shown to be in the optimal time frame for habit development.

You’ll tackle various habits during your challenge cycle, and those habits will lead you to the healthiest approach to food.

When you come off the challenge cycle, we coach you to consolidate the habits you’ve learned.

That’s a sustainable approach to nutrition.

Because we care about your health, and want you to feel and look great.

For us, offering workouts isn’t enough, because you simply can’t out exercise a poor diet.

We cut through the confusion and fad diets out there with a simple, sustainable solution:

  • Develop Habits to Eat Minimally Processed Protein and Produce.

Unprocessed foods are nature’s medicine cabinet—rich in micronutrients, vitamins, minerals, fiber, and water. Processing typically removes that good stuff, while adding calories.

Sticking with low calorie density, unprocessed foods, allows you to eat a lot of food, without a lot of unwanted calories.

We believe in the power of the group. Our athletes take a like-minded approach to both fitness + nutrition, and truly want to see one another succeed. We share information, recipes, and support, and create a community for success.
